Prof. Wei-Chung Lin

Wei-Chung Lin is an Associate Professor of Law at National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. Prior to joining the university, he served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Macau University of Science and Technology. Wei-Chung holds a Ph.D. and an LL.M. in Public International Law from the University of Nottingham. His research has been published in several English law journals, such as the Cambridge Journal of International and Comparative Law, International Community Law Review, and Transnational Environmental Law. He was also invited to contribute chapters to The Practice of Independent Accountability Mechanisms (IAMs): Towards Good Governance in Development Finance and the Elgar Encyclopedia of Comparative Law. Wei-Chung’s research focuses primarily on international investment law, international financial institutions and sustainable development, and public international law.
