Boğaziçi University, boasting a prestigious legacy spanning over 160 years, stands as one of Turkey's most esteemed higher education institutions, with the latest addition being the Faculty of Law established in 2021. Welcoming its inaugural cohort in September 2022, the Faculty swiftly garnered acclaim, emerging as the second most preferred law faculty among state-affiliated universities in its inaugural year.
Offering bilingual education in English and Turkish, our faculty is committed to delivering legal education of international standards. In today's interconnected world, where legal relations span national and international boundaries, we prioritise training lawyers who can navigate complex legal systems and operate effectively within them. At Boğaziçi University Faculty of Law, we aim to provide a legal education that is responsive to the evolving needs of society, adaptable to global advancements, and grounded in the fundamental principle of justice. In particular, our faculty specialises international law in its various branches.
