Leon Seidl

Leon Seidl is a Ph.D. candidate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg, Germany, and the Freie Universität Berlin under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anne Peters. His research focuses on the intersection of peacebuilding, peace agreements, and international as well as transnational economic law. He has also done work on the law of the World Trade Organization, international peace and security, and international humanitarian law. He studied law with a focus on public international law at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He has also previously worked as an intern in the Economic Research and Statistics Division of the WTO in Geneva and is an Associate Editor for the Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law.
