Jasmin Johurun NESSA

Dr Jasmin Johurun Nessa teaches at the University of Liverpool. She is
the Co-General Editor of the Digest of State Practice at the _Journal on
the Use of Force and International Law_. Jasmin also provides ad hoc
legal research assistance in legal cases raising questions of
international law and evidence.
