İsmail MUTLU

Ismail Mutlu, an Assistant Professor of Law at Boğaziçi University Faculty of Law, earned his PhD in Law from King’s College London in September 2023. He completed his master's in Constitutional Politics, Law, and Theory at Birkbeck College, University of London, and obtained his bachelor's degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. A member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S), Mutlu has held teaching assistant and teaching fellow positions at King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London. Mutlu specializes in constitutional law and public law.
