Dr. Mustafa Emre Gökmenoğlu

Dr. Mustafa Emre Gökmenoğlu is a Lecturer at Hacettepe University. He completed his LL.B. at Ankara University and obtained his LL.M. in Public International Law from Queen Mary University of London. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Exeter. During his time in the United Kingdom, he served as a Associate Lecturer and Teaching Assistant at the University of Exeter and the University of Reading, delivering courses on International Investment Law, International Commercial Arbitration, and English Contract Law.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Gökmenoğlu has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as a Legal Counsel and Political Advisor for various state institutions. He has also held executive and managerial positions within several civil society organizations. Fluent in English and possessing basic knowledge of Italian, his work focuses on the practical application of international economic law within both governmental and non-governmental frameworks.
