Dr. Hasan Basri BÜLBÜL

Dr. Bülbül graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2013. He completed his master's (2016) and PhD at King's College London (2022). He is a Research Affiliate of the Refugee Law Initiative at the School of Advanced Studies, University of London. Currently, he works as an assistant professor of public international law at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul. His main areas of interest are public international law, migration and refugee law, international criminal law and international human rights law. He also actively takes part in the advocacy work of International Refugee Rights Association, an Istanbul-based NGO working to improve the conditions of migrants and refugees, as a board member.
