Dr. Carolina Fabara

Carolina Fabara is a lawyer of the Courts of Justice of Ecuador, PhD in International Law in China and Post Doctoral Researcher at Sun Yat Sen University, specialist in business law, with extensive experience in corporate legal advice, investments and contracts in commercial and banking law, intellectual property and business development. She is an international speaker, author of academic articles and of the book "Legal Analysis in the National Security Review: A Comparative Study Between Germany and China", written to support decision‑making in investment law.
