Alfredo Crosato NEUMANN

Dr. Alfredo Crosato Neumann, from Peru, is Assistant Professor and Head of the International Law Department of the Law Faculty at Kadir Has University, Istanbul. He holds a Master and PhD in international law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, where he also worked as lecturer in international dispute settlement and teaching assistant. He regularly advises and represents States and other entities on international law matters, including in cases before the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and the International Criminal Court.
